What is Life Coaching and how can it help me?

Coaching helps you to live the life you deserve. Coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Professional coaches provide an ongoing partnership designed to help clients produce fulfilling results in their personal and professional lives. Coaches' help people improve their performances and enhance the quality of their lives.

Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

The benefits of life coaching are endless. If there is one part of your life that you are not happy with or several parts, a life coach can help define and help you gain clarity to what you truly want. Coaching will motivate and support you through change and take your through step by step so you are not alone.

Coaching does not judge. Often times in life we want to achieve things but we just don't know how to go about it, a life coach will bring you to achievement. With trust and ease you will feel more confident in yourself and your purpose in life. You will feel more energized and hopeful.

You will have your own personal sounding board that has your true interest at heart. You will be able to climb out of any rut you may be in. You will learn ways to change your thinking patterns to empowering and productive thoughts. You will take action instead of just thinking about things. What Coaching is NOT!

Coaching is NOT Therapy. Coaching does NOT replace medical attention or supervision. Coaching is not about your past, although there can be a short overview if it will help move your forward. Life coaching will improve your life in every area. The investment is small when speaking of life improvement.

Coaching Payment Plans:

Plan A: Live Phone Coaching: Your coaching fee of $45/month includes a one hour phone session once a month or this can be broken down into two 30 minute calls a month. I call you to save you long distance charges if applicable. We can also meet face to face in your home if you prefer that option. You will have unlimited email access to me at successfulee@ymail.com with the understanding that I have at least 24 hours to reply to your email.

Plan B: Instant Messaging Coaching (IM Coaching) This is a great plan for those that are unable to talk over the phone due to background noise or privacy of conversation. Trying to find quiet time to talk for an hour or even 30 minutes may be difficult for some especially if you have children at home. This is especially good for stay at home mom/dads that rarely have any privacy or quiet time (Trust me, I know this by experience). This plan costs $35/month and includes two 30-minute IM sessions per month and unlimited email access to me at successfulee@ymail.com with the understanding that I have 24 hours to return your email.

Plan C: Email Only Coaching If you are uncomfortable talking over the phone or unable to block out time for phone or Instant Messaging this may be a good plan for you. This is one of the best coaching plans on the Internet. You get quality coaching via email for only $25/month, which consists of unlimited access to me via email to successfulee@ymail.com with the understanding that I have 24 hours to return your email. Although this is a very affordable plan, please recognize that email makes communication slightly difficult with the inability to hear tone and variation in your voice. If at anytime you feel you are not being heard or understood via email please address this concern.

Regardless of which option you chose, our first consultation is FREE of charge and it is your choice whether or not you would like to continue beyond that point.
